Job Description

  • Lead daily on-site operations, subcontractor coordination, and project execution.
  • Maintain project schedules through look-ahead planning and trade management.
  • Enforce company safety standards, conduct audits, and oversee site compliance.
  • Manage quality control, inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities.
  • Serve as the primary field contact for project teams, owners, and trade partners.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • 3+ years of Superintendent experience within commercial construction.
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, sequencing, and trade coordination.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Experience using Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, or similar software.
  • Demonstrates humility, accountability, leadership, and strong communication skills.
