Superintendent - Commercial Construction - Memphis

• Lead and manage on-site construction activities for commercial projects, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to meet project timelines and objectives.
• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of daily tasks on the construction site.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure compliance with commercial -specific construction regulations and requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the construction team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
