Job Description

The Superintendent will report to senior field leadership and play a key role in delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budget.

  • Oversee full on-site construction operations across multiple project sectors
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and daily site activities to ensure efficiency and safety
  • Maintain project schedules and drive progress to meet key milestones
  • Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations
  • Coordinate closely with Project Managers to align on timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Conduct regular site meetings and provide updates to leadership and stakeholders
  • Ensure quality control and resolve on-site challenges proactively

The Successful Applicant

For the Superintendent role we are seeking:

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
  • Background delivering projects in healthcare, hospitality, education, or similar sectors
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple trades on-site
  • Excellent knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and scheduling
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
