Superintendent - Commercial Construction

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers to maintain efficient workflows.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly to avoid delays.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and blueprints to ensure accurate execution.
• Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, including schedules, inspections, and daily reports.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices on job sites.
