Our client is looking for a Superintendent to oversee field operations on commercial projects ranging from $5M-$25M. This role will manage projects from groundbreaking through completion across Duval, St. Johns, and Clay Counties.
  • Ground-up commercial projects only
  • Local Jacksonville area work, no travel required

Job Description

  • Lead all field operations from start to finish
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site safety
  • Coordinate inspections and quality control efforts
  • Drive project milestones and schedule performance
  • Maintain communication with owners and project teams

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven ground-up commercial construction experience
  • Stable employment history preferred
  • Experience with municipal, office, healthcare, or MOB projects
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
