Job Description

  • Lead and supervise ground-up and renovation construction projects from start to completion
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain schedule and quality standards
  • Manage site safety, daily reports, inspections, and project documentation
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, clients, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle
  • Utilize Procore and OutBuild to track project progress and scheduling requirements

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven Superintendent experience on commercial construction projects
  • Strong background in tilt-wall construction required
  • Experience with data centers, telecommunications facilities, industrial, or mission-critical projects preferred
  • Proficiency with construction management software, including Procore
  • Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast when required, although projects are typically structured to keep employees close to home
