With the company taking on more ground-up work and increasingly complex commercial projects, this is an opportunity for a Superintendent to join a growing operation and play a meaningful role in its continued success.Job DescriptionThe Superintendent will be responsible for leading all day-to-day field operations and ensuring assigned projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and according to project plans and specifications.Key responsibilities include:Lead and manage daily field operationsCoordinate and direct subcontractors and trade partnersManage project sequencing and maintain the construction scheduleConduct daily huddles and subcontractor coordination meetingsReview plans, specifications, shop drawings, and construction documentsCoordinate inspections and site logisticsMaintain project quality control standardsIdentify and resolve constructability and field issuesCoordinate with the Project Manager regarding RFIs, submittals, change orders, and scheduleEnforce jobsite safety requirements and maintain a safe working environmentMonitor manpower, materials, deliveries, and site logisticsMaintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsiteCommunicate regularly with clients, architects, Project Managers, and company leadershipDrive punch list, turnover, and final project completionMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
