Job Description

  • Manage all on-site construction activities for a 12,000-square-foot compounding pharmacy fit-out project in Waltham, MA.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
  • Lead daily site operations, safety initiatives, and project progress tracking.
  • Partner with project stakeholders to proactively identify and resolve field issues.
  • Ensure work is completed in accordance with plans, specifications, and applicable regulations.
  • Utilize Procore to manage documentation, communication, and project reporting.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Operations and other company leadership throughout project execution.
  • Support successful project closeout and transition to future assignments within the company.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Experience serving as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
  • Strong ability to manage field operations, subcontractors, and project schedules.
  • Experience using Procore or similar construction management software.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in the Greater Boston area.



Preferred Qualifications

  • DCAMM public construction experience.
  • Experience with tenant improvement, renovation, and fit-out projects.
  • Ground-up construction experience.
  • Background managing commercial, public, or multifamily construction projects.
