The company combines a collaborative culture with modern construction technology, providing employees with the tools, support, and flexibility needed to succeed.Job DescriptionThe Superintendent will be responsible forLead all on-site construction activities from project start through completion.Manage projects ranging from small renovations to complex ground-up developments valued at $10M+.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain schedule, quality, and safety standards.Conduct daily site planning and oversee project execution to ensure successful outcomes.Collaborate with Project Managers and ownership teams on project strategy, logistics, and scheduling.Maintain strong communication with clients, design teams, and trade partners.Monitor project progress and proactively resolve field issues.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company standards, and project specifications.Utilize construction technology platforms including Procore, Bluebeam, and mobile field tools.Travel to project sites throughout New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
