Superintendent - Commercial Construction

• Lead all day-to-day field operations from site mobilization through final turnover.
• Manage ground-up commercial projects ranging from $5M to $25M in value.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, and onsite manpower.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and completion dates are met.
• Partner closely with the Project Manager, ownership, architects, and trade partners throughout construction.
• Conduct regular site meetings and communicate project progress, upcoming activities, and potential challenges.
• Maintain high standards for quality control, jobsite safety, and OSHA compliance.
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals to ensure work aligns with project requirements.
• Proactively identify and resolve field conflicts, scheduling issues, and constructability challenges.
• Manage inspections, punch lists, commissioning, and closeout to ensure a smooth project turnover.
• Build strong relationships with subcontractors and clients while representing the contractor professionally onsite.
