Job Description

Reporting to senior operations leadership, the Ground-Up Superintendent will oversee all on-site construction activities from project startup through closeout.

  • Manage daily field operations for ground-up commercial construction projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to maintain schedule and productivity
  • Drive safety compliance and promote a strong jobsite safety culture
  • Ensure workmanship meets quality standards and project specifications
  • Lead project scheduling activities and proactively resolve field challenges
  • Collaborate with project managers, clients, architects, and consultants throughout construction
  • Maintain project documentation, reporting, and communication with stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven Superintendent experience on ground-up commercial construction projects
  • Strong background in light industrial construction, including tilt-wall developments
  • Experience delivering Class A office or comparable commercial projects
  • Ability to lead multiple subcontractor trades in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site logistics
  • Commitment to safety, quality control, and client satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Stable career history with demonstrated project success
