Our client is an established commercial general contractor specializing in interior construction, renovations, and tenant improvements. Projects span office, banking, healthcare, retail, and restaurant sectors, with typical contract values ranging from $500K to $5M across South Florida.

Job Description

* Manage field operations for commercial interior and renovation projects
* Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality standards onsite
* Maintain communication with clients, tenants, and project stakeholders
* Monitor project progress to ensure timely and successful delivery

The Successful Applicant

* 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
* Strong background in interior fit-outs and tenant improvement projects
* Experience with office, banking, healthcare, retail, or restaurant projects
* Working knowledge of Procore and construction documentation processes
* Local knowledge of the Miami-Dade and Broward construction market preferred

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 base
