Known for their people-first culture, exceptional client relationships, and strong project pipeline, they continue to experience steady growth while maintaining one of the lowest employee turnover rates in the market.Job DescriptionThe responsibilities of a Superintendent:Manage day-to-day field operations under the direction of the Lead or Senior Superintendent.Coordinate subcontractors, project sequencing, and material deliveries to maintain schedule commitments.Monitor construction quality and ensure all work adheres to project plans, specifications, and applicable codes.Enforce and promote jobsite safety standards, participating in safety meetings, audits, and compliance initiatives.Maintain daily reports, manpower tracking, and schedule updates.Support inspections and coordinate corrective actions when necessary.Assist with punch list completion and project closeout activities.Communicate project progress, challenges, and field conditions to project management and senior field leadership.Mentor junior field personnel and provide guidance to subcontractor foremen when needed.Help drive projects toward successful completion while maintaining client satisfaction and quality standards.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
