Job Description

The Superintendent will be responsible for:

  • Leading day-to-day field operations on commercial interior construction projects
  • Managing subcontractors, schedules, and on-site logistics to ensure project success
  • Enforcing safety standards and maintaining compliance across all job sites
  • Coordinating with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to drive timelines
  • Overseeing quality control to deliver high-end finished spaces
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation, reporting, and progress updates
  • Identifying and proactively resolving construction challenges in real time

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • Experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
  • Strong background in tenant interiors or similar fast-paced builds preferred
  • Proven ability to manage subcontractors and job site coordination
  • Solid understanding of construction scheduling, safety, and QA/QC processes
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in an active project environment
  • Willingness to travel locally (or regionally depending on project needs)
