Job Description

  • Lead day-to-day field operations for commercial interior construction projects.
  • Manage project schedules and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
  • Supervise subcontractors and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
  • Identify and proactively resolve field issues to maintain project momentum.
  • Coordinate closely with project managers, clients, architects, and subcontractors.
  • Conduct site meetings and maintain clear communication with all project stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure milestone deadlines are achieved.
  • Review project drawings and specifications to ensure accurate execution.
  • Maintain jobsite safety and enforce company safety standards.
  • Drive project completion while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • 5-10 years of commercial construction experience.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a Superintendent preferred.
  • High-level Assistant Superintendents with 4+ years of experience will also be considered.
  • Experience working on commercial interior construction projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and coordinate field operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of stability and longevity with previous employers.
  • Knowledge of construction schedules, safety requirements, and quality control processes.
