Known for its people-first culture, repeat client base, and long-term employee retention, the company continues to expand while maintaining a strong reputation for quality and service.Job DescriptionThe Superintendent - Commercial Interiors - MD will:Support the successful execution of construction projects by managing daily field operations and site activities.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries to maintain project schedules and productivity.Monitor workmanship and quality standards to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and industry requirements.Promote a strong safety culture by enforcing site safety procedures and participating in audits and safety meetings.Maintain accurate daily reports, labor tracking, and project documentation.Assist with project closeout activities, punch list completion, and turnover processes.Coordinate inspections and ensure timely resolution of identified deficiencies.Communicate project progress, challenges, and schedule updates with project leadership and stakeholders.Help develop and mentor field personnel while fostering a collaborative jobsite environment.Take ownership of smaller projects as experience and responsibilities grow.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
