Known for its people-first culture, repeat client base, and long-term employee retention, the company continues to expand while maintaining a strong reputation for quality and service.Job DescriptionThe Superintendent - Commercial Interiors - MD will be responsible for:Supporting the successful execution of construction projects by managing daily field operations and site activities.Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries to maintain project schedules and productivity.Monitoring workmanship and quality standards to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and industry requirements.Promoting a strong safety culture by enforcing site safety procedures and participating in audits and safety meetings.Maintaining accurate daily reports, labor tracking, and project documentation.Assisting with project closeout activities, punch list completion, and turnover processes.Coordinating inspections and ensure timely resolution of identified deficiencies.Communicating project progress, challenges, and schedule updates with project leadership and stakeholders.Helping develop and mentor field personnel while fostering a collaborative jobsite environment.Taking ownership of smaller projects as experience and responsibilities grow.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
