With a strong reputation for repeat business, a collaborative culture, and nationwide opportunities, they offer the stability of an established company with the agility of a close-knit team.Job DescriptionThe Superintendent will be responsible for:Managing all on-site construction activities for commercial interior, secure-space, and government-related projects.Leading and coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to ensure efficient project execution.Developing, monitoring, and maintaining project schedules to achieve key milestones and deadlines.Enforcing safety standards, quality requirements, and compliance with project specifications.Conducting regular site walks, inspections, and punch list management to ensure exceptional project delivery.Reviewing construction documents, RFIs, submittals, and resolving field-related challenges.Coordinating material procurement, deliveries, inspections, and site logistics.Acting as the primary on-site representative for clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.Partnering closely with Project Managers to manage scheduling, budgeting, and project performance.Traveling to project sites as required to support successful project delivery.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
