Job Description

Reporting to the operations leadership team, the Superintendent will be responsible for managing field operations across commercial interior and tenant improvement projects.

  • Lead all on-site construction activities for tenant improvement and renovation projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain schedule commitments
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and company procedures
  • Monitor quality control and ensure work is completed to specification
  • Manage project logistics in occupied buildings and active commercial environments
  • Partner with Project Managers, clients, architects, and consultants throughout project delivery
  • Oversee punch-list completion and successful project turnover

The Successful Applicant

For the Superintendent - Commercial Interiors & Tenant Improvement we are seeking:

  • Proven Superintendent experience within commercial interiors construction
  • Strong background in tenant improvement and renovation projects
  • Experience delivering Class A office build-outs and corporate interiors
  • Exposure to high-rise interior construction preferred
