Superintendent - Commercial Interiors

• Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to maintain project timelines and quality.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations at the construction site.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets quality and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
• Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
• Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly to avoid delays.
• Oversee the procurement and inventory of construction materials and equipment.
