Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day field operations across commercial fit-out projects ($500K-$5M)
  • Oversee subcontractors, schedules, and site safety compliance
  • Coordinate closely with project managers and clients to ensure project delivery
  • Lead site meetings and maintain strong communication with all stakeholders
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and Excel for project tracking and reporting
  • Ensure all work aligns with plans, specs, and local regulations

The Successful Applicant

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or strong Assistant Superintendent ready to step up
  • Experience managing commercial construction projects (fit-outs highly preferred)
  • Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work across job sites along the I-495 belt (NH to Greater Boston)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Electrical or infrastructure project experience is a strong plus
