Job Description

  • Lead all field operations from mobilization through project completion
  • Manage subcontractors, site logistics, safety, quality, and schedule performance
  • Coordinate daily with project managers, owners, architects, and trade partners
  • Drive project milestones across healthcare, multifamily, education, hospitality, and commercial projects
  • Maintain documentation, resolve field issues, and ensure successful project delivery

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a general contractor
  • Experience managing commercial, institutional, healthcare, multifamily, or mixed-use projects
  • Strong guidance, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Stable employment history and strong reputation within the local construction market
  • Collaborative, team-first approach with a commitment to safety and quality
