Our client is an established construction management firm with more than 30 years of success, a growing regional presence, and a strong base of repeat clients. With approximately 120 employees, the company offers the stability and project portfolio of an established contractor while maintaining an accessible, tight-knit leadership culture.

Job Description

  • Lead day-to-day field operations for ground-up construction projects ranging from approximately $2M-$20M
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field personnel, and project schedules
  • Maintain high standards for jobsite safety, quality, and productivity
  • Partner closely with Project Managers and senior field leadership to deliver projects successfully
  • Manage construction sequencing and proactively address field challenges
  • Ensure work is completed according to project plans, specifications, and schedules
  • Maintain clear communication with project teams, ownership, and trade partners
  • Utilize Procore and Bluebeam to support project documentation and field coordination
  • Support projects primarily throughout Northern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • 5-10+ years of experience working as a Construction Superintendent
  • Strong employment tenure and demonstrated stability throughout your career
  • Proven ground-up construction experience
  • Experience delivering projects in the $2M-$20M range
  • Background in hospitality, commercial, automotive, or similar construction preferred
  • Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL)
  • OSHA 30 certification
  • Experience using Procore and Bluebeam
  • Ability to work onsite throughout Greater Boston, Northern Massachusetts, and Southern New Hampshire
