Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day on-site operations for commercial construction projects.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets to maintain efficiency.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and progress.
  • Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, including clients and project managers.
  • Document project progress and provide regular updates to leadership.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • Experience managing commercial construction projects, particularly those up to $40M.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and best practices.
  • Effective leadership and team coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and project documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
