Job Description

  • Lead full on-site construction operations from preconstruction through project closeout
  • Coordinate subcontractors, field teams, and self-perform crews (carpentry, concrete)
  • Manage scheduling, site logistics, and day-to-day field execution
  • Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for owners, architects, and inspectors
  • Oversee site work, utilities, and overall project lifecycle delivery
  • Ensure safety, quality, and schedule expectations are consistently met
  • Foster a collaborative, team-oriented culture on every project

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a Lead Superintendent
  • Proven success delivering ground-up construction projects ($10M+)
  • Strong background in site work, utilities, and full project lifecycle execution
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain client-facing relationships
  • Demonstrated leadership running projects independently
  • Team-first mindset with a humble, solutions-oriented approach
