Job Description

  • Manage all day-to-day on-site construction operations
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to meet milestones
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and compliance standards
  • Monitor project schedules and proactively address delays or challenges
  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate site documentation, reports, and progress updates

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent in construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and safety standards
