Job Description

  • Manage all on-site construction activities for a retail renovation and tenant improvement project.
  • Lead subcontractors, enforce safety standards, and maintain project quality.
  • Coordinate daily with Project Managers, owners, architects, and consultants.
  • Drive project schedules and proactively resolve site challenges.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to client expectations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Retail Superintendent should have:

  • Experience as a Superintendent on commercial, retail, multifamily, or mixed-use projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage subcontractors effectively.
  • Solid understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site operations.
  • Experience building relationships with owners, architects, and project stakeholders.
