Job Description

  • Manage daily site operations for commercial construction projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
  • Monitor safety, quality, and project progress on site
  • Collaborate with project teams to resolve field issues
  • Maintain project documentation and communicate updates to stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent - Commercial Renovations should have:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent
  • Experience working for a general contractor
  • Commercial construction experience required
  • Knowledge of renovations, tenant improvements, or ground-up projects
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
