The organisation values craftsmanship, collaboration, accountability, and long-term relationships with both employees and clients.Job DescriptionManage all on-site construction activities from mobilisation through project completion.Lead daily field operations for restaurant construction and renovation projects.Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure key milestones are achieved.Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.Conduct regular site meetings to drive communication and project execution.Monitor project quality and ensure work complies with contract documents and company standards.Enforce all safety policies and maintain a safe working environment for project teams.Identify and proactively resolve project challenges to minimise schedule impacts.Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, clients, and inspectors.Manage inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities.Track site productivity and support cost-control initiatives.Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and construction records.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
