Our client is a highly respected regional general contractor with over 40 years of experience delivering ground-up and renovation projects ranging from $1M-$25M. Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities from start to finish
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, and day-to-day site operations
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to spec
  • Enforce safety standards and maintain compliance on site
  • Coordinate with project managers, clients, and design teams
  • Lead site meetings and provide progress updates
  • Monitor quality control and ensure high workmanship standards
  • Assist with project closeout, punch lists, and final inspections

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Applicant should have:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Superintendent
  • Experience on ground-up construction projects
  • Open to diverse project backgrounds (commercial, multifamily, etc.)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and field operations
  • Willingness to work fully onsite and commute within the region
  • Construction-related degree preferred but not required
