Job Description

  • Manage all on-site construction activities for interior upfit projects.
  • Lead subcontractors and field personnel to ensure safe, efficient project execution.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, driving progress and accountability.
  • Conduct quality control inspections and ensure work meets project specifications.
  • Coordinate with project managers, clients, architects, and trade partners.
  • Monitor site safety and enforce company and OSHA standards.
  • Identify and proactively resolve field challenges to minimize project delays.
  • Maintain project documentation, reporting, and communication throughout construction.
  • Oversee project closeout activities, punch lists, and turnover procedures.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • Superintendent experience with commercial construction projects.
  • Experience managing interior renovation, tenant improvement, or upfit projects.
  • Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills.
  • Proven ability to maintain schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Stable employment history with demonstrated career progression.
  • Strong professional reputation within the local construction market.
  • Healthcare project experience is welcome but not required.
