Job Description

  • Lead day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects.
  • Manage project schedules, subcontractor coordination, and production planning.
  • Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards across the jobsite.
  • Coordinate inspections, project logistics, and site documentation.
  • Serve as the primary field liaison between owners, architects, subcontractors, and project teams.
  • Drive projects to successful completion while meeting schedule and budget objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent - Commercial should have:

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor.
  • Experience leading ground-up and/or large commercial renovation projects.
  • Strong scheduling, sequencing, and subcontractor management abilities.
  • Proven track record delivering projects safely, on time, and with high quality.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Construction Management degree or equivalent field experience preferred.
