Job Description

The Superintendent - Commercial will:

  • Manage daily on-site construction operations for commercial projects.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Inspect work to maintain quality standards and address any issues proactively.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Resolve on-site challenges and maintain effective communication with all parties.
  • Oversee and manage site staff to ensure productivity and adherence to project goals.
  • Maintain project documentation, including schedules and reports.

The Successful Applicant
