Job Description

The Superintendent - Commercial will:

  • Lead all onsite construction operations from mobilization through project closeout.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and daily field activities.
  • Maintain project schedules and drive milestone achievement.
  • Monitor quality, safety, and site logistics throughout project execution.
  • Serve as the primary field representative for owners, architects, and consultants.
  • Manage and coordinate self-perform trade foremen alongside subcontractors.
  • Conduct progress meetings and proactively resolve field challenges.
  • Maintain project documentation, daily reports, and communication with project teams.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent - Commercial should have:

  • Proven Lead Superintendent experience on commercial building and construction projects.
  • Experience managing industrial, multifamily, commercial, senior living, or municipal projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site coordination.
  • Ability to successfully lead large subcontractor teams and field personnel.
  • Experience overseeing ground-up and major renovation projects.
