  • Work with a GC with 95%+ repeat business and strong backlog
  • Travel Texas on $5M-$15M ground-up bank/financial institution projects

Job Description

  • Lead day-to-day field operations on ground-up commercial construction projects throughout Texas
  • Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality control activities
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations
  • Collaborate with project management teams, clients, and trade partners throughout construction
  • Maintain site documentation, progress reporting, and compliance standards

The Successful Applicant

  • 3-5+ years of experience as a Superintendent
  • Ground-up commercial construction experience required
  • Financial services, banking, healthcare, office, or retail project experience preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project schedules
  • Willingness to travel full-time throughout Texas
