Job Description

* Oversee daily site operations on commercial renovation and tenant improvement projects
* Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, materials, and site logistics
* Maintain project safety, quality, and compliance standards
* Track progress and communicate updates to project stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in managing commercial construction projects from start to finish
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct on-site teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with clients and subcontractors
  • In-depth knowledge of construction safety standards, processes, and best practices
  • Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and budgets effectively
  • Problem-solving abilities to resolve challenges efficiently and keep projects on track
  • A solid track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards
  • Experience managing subcontractors and ensuring contract compliance
