Job Description

As the Superintendent, reporting to the Director of Construction, you will oversee field execution and site leadership:

  • Manage all on-site construction activities from mobilization to completion
  • Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and daily operations
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and performance
  • Lead site meetings and maintain stakeholder communication
  • Manage documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Support material procurement and logistics planning

The Successful Applicant

For the Superintendent we are seeking:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience with a General Contractor
  • Experience in 3+ storey wood-frame apartment construction
  • Background in commercial or multifamily projects (non-residential)
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and site leadership
  • Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, or Bluebeam preferred
  • OSHA 30 certification desirable
  • Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to travel to surrounding states in the future (OK,TX, MO)
