Job Description

The Superintendent - Community-Impact Projects - Baltimore will be responsible for:

  • Lead all on-site construction activities from project start through completion
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, quality, and safety on assigned projects
  • Coordinate closely with ownership, project management, and design teams
  • Oversee commercial renovation and adaptive reuse scopes, including historic elements
  • Drive project delivery for $10-15M developments without onsite assistant support
  • Utilize Procore and Bluebeam to manage documentation, reporting, and communication
  • Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe, efficient jobsite
  • Kick off on a mechanical upgrade project at a historic high school site, with future projects focused on mixed-use and restoration work

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent - Community-Impact Projects - Baltimore should have:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a general contractor
  • Proven experience running at least 2 projects independently from start to finish
  • Background in commercial renovations; historic or adaptive reuse experience preferred
  • Strong ability to manage subcontractors and jobsite operations autonomously
  • Proficiency in Procore and Bluebeam; comfortable with construction technology
  • OSHA 30 certification required
  • Ability to work on-site in the Baltimore area
