They would in return be given a union salary, union benefits, and a truck.Job DescriptionInterpreting Plans: Read and analyze architectural blueprints, structural drawings, and digital 3D/VDC (Virtual Design and Construction) models.Establishing Control Points: Set primary site benchmarks, grid lines, and vertical/horizontal control networks from master survey data, focusing primarily on industrial concrete. Field Marking and Layout: Use advanced measurement tools-like Robotic Total Stations (RTS), GPS units, and laser levels-to physically mark building corners, column lines, partition walls, and utility stub-ups.
