Job Description

The Concrete Superintendent will be responsible for:

  • Own Self-Perform Operations: Direct and supervise crews across concrete, carpentry, demolition, and structural scopes, ensuring work is executed efficiently and to the highest standards.
  • Drive Daily Field Success: Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and running smoothly.
  • Champion Safety and Compliance: Enforce strict safety standards and regulatory requirements to protect your team and the job site.
  • Partner with Leadership: Work closely with Project Managers to align field execution with schedules, budgets, and project goals.
  • Solve Complex Challenges: Review drawings, plan work sequences, and proactively resolve field issues to keep projects on track.
  • Deliver Quality That Stands Out: Oversee inspections, documentation, and quality control to ensure work exceeds expectations.

The Successful Concrete Superintendent Applicant will have:
