• Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring compliance with timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor on-site activities to ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control measures.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams and resolve any on-site issues promptly.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure project milestones are met effectively.
• Manage project schedules, resources, and documentation to ensure seamless operations.
• Communicate progress updates and challenges to stakeholders and management.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
