Superintendent - Construction - Bridgeport

• Manage day-to-day on-site construction operations to ensure projects meet deadlines and budget requirements.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction teams to ensure adherence to project plans.
• Maintain strict safety standards and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
• Oversee quality control to ensure the highest standards are met throughout the project.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and project managers to address project needs and resolve issues.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are achieved.
• Monitor and manage resources, including materials and equipment, to optimize project efficiency.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper documentation of progress and compliance.
