Superintendent - Construction - Brooklyn

• Manage on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Oversee subcontractors and trades to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Review and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, updating them on project developments.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols across all job sites.
