Superintendent - Construction - Brooklyn

• Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
• Monitor job site safety and enforce compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
• Maintain effective communication with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays and ensure quality standards are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work aligns with project expectations and specifications.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to keep stakeholders informed of project status.
