Superintendent- Construction- Brooklyn

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily on-site construction activities and field personnel.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within quality standards.
• Develop and maintain short-term and long-term construction schedules.
• Conduct site meetings and communicate project progress to stakeholders.
• Monitor workforce productivity and identify potential schedule impacts.
• Review construction drawings and specifications to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate inspections and ensure adherence to local building codes.
• Enforce OSHA and company safety policies.
• Resolve field issues and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners.
• Support project turnover, punch-list completion, and closeout activities.
