Superintendent - Construction - Brooklyn

• Manage day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and enforce safety protocols on-site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and project specifications.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, and logs.
• Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders and project teams as required.
• Ensure adherence to building codes and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
