Superintendent - Construction - Brooklyn

• Manage day-to-day construction site operations to ensure project timelines are met.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site staff to maintain quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to align on objectives and deliverables.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily reports and logs.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to design and safety standards.
