Superintendent - Construction - Brooklyn

As a Superintendent - Construction - Brooklyn, you will be responsible for:

• Managing all day-to-day field operations on luxury residential renovation projects
• Supervising subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel
• Maintaining project schedules and ensuring milestone completion
• Coordinating architects, interior designers, consultants, and ownership teams
• Overseeing custom millwork, cabinetry, stone, plaster, metal, and specialty finish installations
• Managing complex interior renovations from demolition through final turnover
• Conducting quality control inspections throughout all phases of construction
• Managing occupied-building logistics and coordinating with homeowners and property management teams
• Leading daily safety meetings and ensuring OSHA compliance
• Reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and shop drawings
• Coordinating material procurement, deliveries, and project logistics
• Identifying and resolving field issues proactively
• Maintaining daily reports, schedules, and project documentation
• Managing punch-list completion and successful project closeout
