Superintendent - Construction - Brooklyn

• Manage daily on-site construction activities and ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel for seamless project execution.
• Monitor and enforce safety compliance on the construction site.
• Review project plans and drawings to ensure accuracy and alignment with project goals.
• Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders and project managers.
• Identify and resolve any on-site challenges or issues promptly.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and compliance standards.
• Ensure all construction activities align with local regulations and codes.
