Superintendent - Construction - Mamaroneck

• Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards at all times.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address potential issues proactively.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders regarding project updates.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules and daily reports.
• Oversee quality control measures to ensure construction meets specified requirements.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays in project timelines.
